Safety measures

We continue to ensure that Chantry Place is a clean and safe place to be, and it is our aim that you feel confident when visiting us and enjoying all that the Centre has to offer.

Face coverings

From Tuesday 30th November 2021, it is mandatory to wear face coverings when shopping at Chantry Place. Restaurants and food and drink outlets are currently exempt from the rule change.

Hand sanitisation

We continue to have hand sanitisation stands at key points throughout our Centre. We ask that everyone continues to use these when entering the Centre and regularly throughout their visit. We also have toilet facilities with access to soap and hot water.

Cleaning procedures

Our team continue to regularly clean touchpoints and maintain high cleaning levels at the Centre.
