Description

Senior Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as ensuring that the store is kept clean and well stocked. All our Senior Team are fully trained on all aspects of running the store.

You will need to be capable of learning recipes and giving customers exactly what they want, quickly, every time. The store can get very busy so you must be able to stay calm under pressure, take initiative and problem solve as and when necessary. You will oversee Team Members who will be supporting you during peak times. The pay is very competitive, with the possibility of taking on extra responsibilities in the future as your experience grows.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months previous retail, cafe or bar experience working at least 12 hours per week. So if you want to work for a great brand in a fun environment then apply now!
