Senior team members

Shaake is looking for part-time Senior Team Members to come and join us in our stores in Norwich.

Senior Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as ensuring the store is kept clean and well-stocked. All our Senior Team are fully trained on all aspects of running the store.

You will need to be capable of learning recipes and giving customers exactly what they want, quickly, every time. The store can get very busy so you must be able to stay calm under pressure, take initiative and problem solve as and when necessary. The pay is very competitive, with the possibility of taking on additional responsibilities in the future as your experience grows.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months previous retail, café or bar experience working at least 12 hours per week. So if you want to work for a great brand in a fun environment then apply now! Part-time Senior staff work a minimum of 20hrs within a rota which requires working at least one weekend day most weeks.
