From Monday 19th July 2021, in line with Government guidelines, it will no longer be law to wear a face covering or maintain physical distancing. We will continue to ensure that Chantry Place is a clean and safe place to be and it is our aim that you feel confident when visiting us and enjoying all that the Centre has to offer.
We will continue to have hand sanitisation stands at key points throughout our Centre. We ask that everyone continues to use these when entering the Centre and regularly throughout their visit. We also have toilet facilities with access to soap and hot water.
As per Government guidelines the wearing of face coverings will no longer be compulsory at Chantry Place, but we encourage everyone to use their personal discretion and wear one should you wish. Individual retailers and restaurants may have their own policy about face coverings.
Whilst the rules on social distancing have been removed we encourage you to continue to respect other visitors and staff by observing a safe physical distance. Our team will continue to monitor and manage the total number of visitors inside the Centre.
Many visitors have told us how reassuring it has been to see our team regularly cleaning touchpoints throughout the Centre and we will continue to do so at the same frequency.
