Family-owned national diamond, jewellery and watch retailer, Beaverbrooks, has put significant investment into its Chantry Place store ahead of the busy Christmas shopping season – and it looks incredible.

Following a total investment of over £1.25m, the jeweller’s existing store and TAG Heuer Boutique reopened on Thursday 17 November, benefitting from an extensive refit and upscaled footprint.

The significant refurbishment to the extended store and boutique has created a more immersive shopping experience and showcases the retailer’s jewellery and watch expertise to customers.

Shoppers in East Anglia can choose from an expanded luxury watch range, exploring the revamped and upsized TAG Heuer boutique. Customers will also find OMEGA, TUDOR and Hublot shop-in-shop spaces as well as a dedicated Gucci area and a Parmigiani Fleurier offering.

The store has also introduced an exclusive ‘bridal room’, where shoppers can consult with the expert team instore to choose pieces for their special days. Customers can also explore an extensive selection of diamonds, jewellery and watches from leading brands, including the first-of-its-kind diamond collection, ‘Beyond Brilliance’. The store will also stock Beaverbrooks’ ‘Essence’ range, the jewellers’ latest diamond range which celebrates life’s most special moments.

The extensive refit has seen the store’s footprint grow to over 3,330ft with exquisite design features, including curved glass windows and a bar area – where customers can enjoy a glass of something celebratory whilst deciding on their purchase.

The improved retail space and boutique, which opened in time for the Christmas season, is set to become a leading watch and jewellery destination in East Anglia.

Anna Blackburn, Managing Director of Beaverbrooks, said: “We are thrilled to be continuing our investment into our estate this year, reopening our newly refurbished Chantry Place store in time for Christmas. Continuing our valued partnerships with our Swiss Watch brands, the shopping centre is the perfect location for people in East Anglia to shop for special jewellery, diamonds and luxury watches for themselves and loved ones.

“In addition to the dedicated ‘bridal room’ for browsing items for couples’ big days, visitors will be able to browse our new ‘Essence’ diamond range and the extraordinary ‘Beyond Brilliance’ diamond collection. We’re confident the new store will be very popular with customers and we look forward to continuing to provide outstanding levels of personal customer service, expertise and passion for luxury watches and fine jewellery for our shoppers, both local and further afield.”

Kelly Wale, Store Manager at Beaverbrooks Norwich, said: “Our team is so excited to be reopening our refitted store and larger TAG Heuer boutique ahead of the busy Christmas shopping period this year. We look forward to demonstrating our commitment to building our expertise and providing the very best service to our customers. We know the new boutique will offer an elevated, luxury experience to shoppers here and we’re so pleased to be able to open our doors to customers in Norwich.”
