The annual charity Christmas Tree Festival at St Peter Mancroft Church in the heart of Norwich is a free event which lights up the city every year and this year Chantry Place has sponsored and decorated a tree.

Officially opening to the public on Wednesday 30th November at 10:30am, the festival is free to attend but donations are welcome with money raised supporting the chuch and the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal and Ukrainian Refugees Norfolk.

Our tree is decorated with twinkling lights, beads and recyclable Christmas decorations made from cardboard with images of reindeer, stars, trees, snowflakes and more. We have also filled our tree with some gold, red and silver baubles and some glass pine cones which we have had at the Centre for many years. We think it looks stunning!

The tree sponsored by Chantry Place can be found inside the church and is tree number five. It is on display until Wednesday 7th December 2022, before it will go to Chantry Place for the team to enjoy behind-the-scenes.

The event is co-organised by The Rotary Club of Norwich St Edmunds and the stunning 5th century St Peter Mancroft church is located opposite the Forum. The trees have been decorated by local businesses, schools and groups from across the county.

Make sure you also pop over to Chantry Place too to see our stunning trio of twinkling trees on Chantry Square and our 8 metre tree inside the Centre.
