Ending the year with some FUNdraising

What do you get when you combine 144 Chantry Place store staff, bingo, chips, and a raffle? A fantastic night of fundraising of course!

Yes, we rounded out the year with a fabulous festive evening of ‘eyes down’ fun, while raising money for three amazing causes. We’re thrilled to have raised a total of £1000, which has been divided equally between Priscilla Bacon Lodge, Hillside Animal Sanctuary and The Benjamin Foundation, with £40 also going to Spooner Row Community Hall.

Supporting the local community and local causes has always been a big focus for us, and it’s especially important at this time of year. The funds will help Priscilla Bacon Lodge to further enhance their care for hospice patients and their families. Hillside Animal Sanctuary uses donations to help feed and care for rescued animals, and the Benjamin Foundation will use the money to support young people and families across the East of England.

A huge thank you to our brilliant retailers for donating items for the raffle, and for helping to make the night such a success!
