Festive dining at Chantry Place

One of the best things about Christmas is the food and we have some delicious options at Chantry Place this year. Get ready for Christmas carbonara, Japanese fried chicken and a Real Greek Christmas, and much more….

ASK Italian

ASK Italian is celebrating Christmas in a full-hearted Italian way with twinkling decorations and your favourite food reimagined.

Get tempted with a Christmas Carbonara with crispy pancetta and sprouts, and delicious desserts with festive finishes on the menu – like their Snowball Gnocchi, the seasonal edition of the favourite Nutella-filled dumplings.

You can also opt for their Festivo Set Menu, which is 3 courses for £24.95. The bespoke menu is packed full of signature twist-on-a-classic dishes and you might even discover a future favourite.

The Real Greek

At The Real Greek, you have the option of a two or three-course meal on its Christmas menu. Two-course costs £24.95pp and a three-course meal costs £29.95pp; both include a welcome drink of a Kir Royale with prosecco or a non-alcoholic alternative is available on request.

The menu includes a selection of delicious and unique Greek Christmas dishes, such as Rice with Spinach & Feta “Spanakorizo” – spinach rice – a beloved Greek staple; Beef Kokkinisto – tender beef, slow cooked in a tomato sauce, served on a bed of aubergine and bechamel puree; Turkey with Quinoa – quinoa mixed with apricots, figs, dates, pomegranate seeds & lime zest; Vegan Meatballs with truffle, thyme & rosemary new potatoes, mushrooms and grilled green beans; Mince Pie Baklava and more.

The Real Greek Christmas Menu is available from 21st November until 31st December 2022. Dish selections must be pre-ordered with the restaurant, 48 hours in advance.

YO! Sushi

Did you know 3.8 million people eat fried chicken for Christmas in Japan? YO! Sushi wants to bring that tradition to the UK and give you the ultimate taste of a Japanese Christmas. After a very successful Christmas last year, they have levelled up their JFC offering.

On the menu, you will find the JFC which is two Japanese chicken tenders, one sweet chilli coated wing, pork corndog drizzled with cranberry teriyaki sauce, fries, miso togarashi corn and slaw, topped with nori tinsel.

They also have a plant-based option, the JFC plant-based, which is Meatless Farm Chick’n karaage bites, sweet chilli coated Meatless Farm Chick’n karaage bites, YO! fries, miso togarashi corn and YO! slaw, topped with nori tinsel.

Both dishes serve one person and are priced at £9.95.

In addition to the mouth-watering JFC buckets, Yo! also has a sharing platter on the Christmas menu. Although only available for click and collect and takeaway, the delicious platters are perfect for those Christmas gatherings with friends and family. The Yo! ho ho platters cost £13.95 for one, or £25 for two, and they have a great selection of treats; from prawn, tuna and salmon nigiri to crunchy California roll pieces.

Wagamama

Find a moment of calm this winter at Wagamama! Cosy up with a gyoza or reach for ramen that soothes the soul. Why not have both in the bowl? Head to the bench at our Wagamama restaurant on Chantry Square and try its new delicious dishes for the festive season!

They have spiced up their beloved juices to make new creations this Christmas. You can now treat yourself to the panchi positive juice paired with spiced rum or high five juice paired with coconut rum.

You will also be able to find delicious salmon gyoza with sweet teriyaki dipping sauce on the menu as well as a refreshed yasai gyoza recipe; they are now steamed with spinach skin.

If you love ramen, you’re in luck! Wagamama has added chicken gyoza ramen and yasai gyoza ramen to the festive menu! Steamed chicken or yasai gyoza, noodles, and steaming broth make it the perfect dish for the colder season. The dishes are full of flavour and have a hint of spice from the chilli sambal.
