Important Update: Escalator refurbishment works at Chantry Place

At Chantry Place, we’re always working behind the scenes to make sure your experience is as smooth, safe, and enjoyable as possible. Therefore, we’re carrying out essential refurbishment work on our escalators over the coming weeks.

To complete this important work, the escalator on -2 to the car park will be temporarily out of service. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we want to reassure our visitors that alternative routes, including lifts and stair access, will remain open throughout.

Karl Walker, operations manager at Chantry Place, said: “These refurbishments are part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who visits Chantry Place. We’re working hard to complete the improvements as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we thank our visitors for their patience during this time.”
