Chantry Place Environmental Services team leader

The Environmental Services Team Leader role is to ensure “World Class” standards of cleaning, waste, and customer service are delivered to all stakeholders. It is essential that each member of the team is regularly reviewed to enhance their development and coached to deliver the highest standards. This role includes delivering a wide range of training, in line with the company’s policy and procedures.

You will be a high energy leader, presentable and a natural communicator with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment. You will be a proactive, natural leader, with the ability to lead your team with a “hands on” approach. You will have the ability to act decisively with an uncompromising eye for detail; to ensure the centre is immaculately presented, safe and secure at all times.
