We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager permanent to join Flying Tiger Copenhagen – Norwich (Chapelfield)!

Must be available to work early shifts starting from 7am and late shift until store closing.

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday with flexibility to work up to 5 out of 7 days each week.

A Deputy Manager at Flying Tiger Copenhagen is accountable for the day-to-day running of the store and managing the store team. They work in partnership with their Store Manager to develop a fantastic team and to ensure the store operates to its full potential whilst delivering a professional, friendly and timely service to our customers.

A Flying Tiger Copenhagen Deputy Manager is both motivational and practical. They have good business acumen, are results-driven, confident decision makers and have a real understanding of what makes a store profitable. They have fantastic people skills, are flexible and positive in their approach, empower others and have excellent organisational, operational and stock management skills.
