The retail industry has been especially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has presented a host of new challenges and highlighted additional areas of focus. Our Manager are an essential part of our growth, and an excellent opportunity has become available in our Norwich store in Chantry Place in the city centre.

Could you we who we are looking for?

• Are you an experienced, business-driven Assistant Manager (or Supervisor wanting the next step) with strong leadership skills?
• Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mind-set?

A bit about the responsibilities of the role…

As an Assistant Manager you will have some responsibility for the day to day running of the store. You will be a self-motivated and forward-thinking individual who will both foster client loyalty and expand brand presence. Examples include:

• Driving and maximising sales performance for increased profitability
• Motivating the team to exceed KPIs
• Compliance with all company logistics, procedures and processes
• Showing confidence, enthusiasm and assertiveness during challenging circumstances
• Demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills
