With over 90 shops, cafès and restaurants in the heart of Norwich city centre, we are the place to be.

If you’re jetting off somewhere sunny soon or planning a fantastic staycation in the UK, why not use the May half-term to update your wardrobe just in time for summer and grab those summer essentials?

We are home to popular high street brands including H&M, Zara, River Island, Hollister, Levi’s and Superdry where customers can shop for new summer clothes; from trending pieces to capsules – there is something for everyone.

You can also find The Sunglass Hut, Office, Accessorize, Schuh, Lisa Angel, and Oliver Bonas which offer a range of stunning accessories and shoes to complete those summer looks!

In addition to fashion retailers, you will also find Boots and Superdrug at Chantry Place where you can shop for sun protection products, a new summer lipstick shade as well as travel-sized goodies.

We have a wide range of cuisines on offer, from Greek and Italian to American and Asian, all of which offer an opportunity to eat al fresco!

Visitors can enjoy the likes of GBK, The Real Greek, Wagamama, ASK Italian, Byron and YO! Sushi whilst soaking up the summer weather.

At GBK visitors can enjoy delicious juicy burgers, including the new “The Steaks are Raised” which is a 30 day dry aged steak burger with fried onion rings, aioli mayo, watercress and house mayo! Plus thanks to the new menu, GBK can now successfully cater for all allergies and dietary requirements.

Dreaming of the Mediterranean? The Real Greek has a large menu packed with tasty Mediterranean dishes as well as a lovely outside seating area for customers to relax and enjoy the delicious food.

We are the perfect location to meet up with family and friends and enjoy a snack and a drink. Home to Costa, Caffè Nero, BBs, Bellyboos, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, Auntie Anne’s, Shaake and Churros, there is plenty to choose from for those with a sweet tooth and those who prefer a savoury snack.

On June 19th 2023, Father’s Day, NORCON and Norwich Droids will be bringing characters including Darth Vader, Daleks, Stormtroopers, Droids and Ghostbusters to Chantry Place for a special Sci-Fi event to raise funds for Break.

Visitors can enjoy a safari summer from 22nd July until 3rd September. Chantry Place will be home to 10 large animal sculptures which people can find around the centre as part of a free trail and be in with a chance of winning a family annual pass to Banham Zoo and Africa Alive every week!
