Under the Sea trail now live at Chantry Place
News: 12 February 2024
Back to newsOur free ‘Under the Sea’ trail is now live and making waves as part of Norwich Science Festival 2024.
Local artist, Beth Lester, has created the fantastic illustrations for the self-led trail, which is based around ‘Great Britain’s Barrier Reef’ – the Cromer Shoal Chalk Beds.
From now until Saturday 24th February, you can discover eight amazing animals and plants, including seals and starfish, that make this 100-million-year-old chalk reef, and its surrounding environments, their home.
Pick up your free trail maps from Langleys, and make your way around the Centre to find the eight posters, plus find out some fun facts about each one! The trail can be completed daily, during opening hours until 24th February.
Once you’ve completed the trail, head back to Langleys and pop your entry form into the post box – you’ll automatically be entered into a competition to win a £100 Langleys gift card.
There is also an ‘Under the Sea Selfie Station’ on the lower ground floor which makes a beautiful seal-fie, so make sure you snap a picture together!
The Under the Sea trail is free and requires no advance booking.
