This October half term, we are excited to welcome the RSPB to Chantry Place on select days throughout the school holidays (24th, 25th, 28th and 29th October)

The RSPB is the UK’s largest nature conservation charity, inspiring everyone to give nature a home and secure a healthy environment for wildlife.

We got in touch with the team at the RSPB to find out more information about what they’re planning on doing! Read below to find out what they said:

“The RSPB is very excited to be popping into Chantry Place on select days throughout October half term, coinciding with the centre’s Halloween trail. We will be showcasing an autumnal nature display, complete with wildlife and garden inspiration suitable for the time of year. Ever wondered what to do with leftover Halloween pumpkins? Come and find out! Discover what nature is up to this autumn. Some of it is pretty spooky! Who is rustling under the leaves? Who comes out only under the cover of darkness (and no, it’s not Dracula!). Ask us your weirdest wildlife wondering!

We have a range of pin badges available by donation and plenty of inspiration for places to visit nature this autumn, including our spectacular reserves, around Norfolk, and beyond!

Find us at the “nature pod” on the lower ground floor, outside Langleys, on Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th October.”
