We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Optical Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and help our customers find the perfect eyewear. This role combines customer-facing responsibilities with hands-on technical tasks to ensure a smooth in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Welcome and assist customers with frame and lens selection
– Take accurate measurements and adjust eyewear for fit and comfort
– Maintain customer records and process payments
– Manage stock and handle queries
– Perform basic repairs and fittings
– Ensure a clean, organised workspace

About You:
– Previous customer service experience preferred (training provided)
– Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
– Organised, reliable, and customer focused
– A team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
