Create your own feathered friend this April with the RSPB

Event: Sunday 14th April

Back to events

Create a wild and wonderful feathered friend and take it home.

Join the RSPB for a fun pick-and-stick activity for all the family.

Choose colours to match the feathers of a real bird. Or design your own magical one!

Pick a beak that’s curved, straight, stubby, or long – the choice is yours.

While creating, you’ll learn simple bird ID, as well as fun facts about why birds have certain features.

Take your paper craft bird home and hang it in a window or use it as a tree decoration. You can even make a messenger pigeon to send to a friend in the post!

The RSPB is the nation’s largest nature conservation charity with over 1.2 million members. It’s a passionate, campaigning charity that has been working to protect nature since 1889.
