Discover YO! Sushi school

Roll like a pro, sushi schools are back! Join us in its weekly sushi making schools where you’ll learn about the history of sushi, the delicious ingredients used, knife cutting skills, and of course how to roll your very own sushi for only £29.95 per person! Our Chantry Place restaurant, located on Chantry Square, is one of just 21 other restaurants nationwide where you will be able to learn how to make delicious sushi.

These classes are perfect for any budding sushi chefs out there, so whether you’re a Maki Master or Nigiri newbie you’ll pick up some great new skills to take home – as well as a delicious selection of sushi to enjoy!

The classes last around two hours with full instruction from a YO! Sushi School Ambassador, who will guide you every step of the way. You’ll be in a group with other class-goers so you’ll get to enjoy the experience together and you’ll have the option to tuck into your creations at the end, or pack them up to enjoy later!

Tickets range from £19.95 – £29.95 (depending on age)
Every Wednesday from 13th July
From 18:30 – 20:30

• Salmon Sashimi slice/Inari to taste
• Salmon Nigiri/Inari Nigiri
• Cucumber Maki
• Crunchy Cali Roll/Kyoto Garden Roll
• Salmon & Avocado Hand Roll/Yasai Hand Roll
