This Christmas, 12 people will have their wishes granted as part of a ‘Place Your Wish’ campaign at Chantry Place Norwich.

Now open, visitors of all ages can place their wish in the special postbox on the upper ground floor by the Chantry Square entrance, near Lovisa, until 19th December 2022.

Placing a wish is simple, all visitors need to do is fill in a postcard that can be found next to the postbox or in Lovisa and pop it into the festive-themed postbox. The wishes need to be available to purchase in Chantry Place, or people can request a donation be made to a charity in their name or to Alive UK, a local charity Chantry Place is supporting with its Christmas gifts and treats appeal.

With our retailers including Apple, House of Fraser, Langleys, Lisa Angel, H&M HOME and Zara, the options available for gifts are endless!

The Chantry Place elves will also be spreading some Christmas cheer on selected days throughout November and December giving out treats and encouraging people to post their entries, and will be granting 12 wishes just in time for Christmas Day.

We caught up with Paul McCarthy, our general manager at Chantry Place, who said: “We really are ending the year on a high with our stunning new lights display, including photo opportunities at our twinkling trio of trees and Santa’s sleigh, and giving something back for Christmas with our postbox campaign. We’ve already had some entries, including everything from a new phone to a stylish coat, a game at Escape Hunt for their friends and even a pretzel! People can also request a charity donation is made or request a gift is given to Alive as part of their appeal.”

Remember, you also have even longer to shop as we bring back Thursday late night shopping until 8pm throughout November and December, and selected retailers will also be trading until 8pm in December on Fridays and Saturdays.
