Job Description: Sales Assistant (Part-time)
Permanent, part-time, 10 to 20 hours
Saturdays and Sundays, plus occasional weekday shifts

We’re excited to be opening our first shop at Chantry Place this November, and we’re looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to join us from the start.

Piotis Naturals is an organic, vegan and cruelty-free skincare and haircare brand. Our products are formulated by our founder, Dr Evanthia Samota, a biologist and cosmetic formulator, graduate of the University of East Anglia, with nearly two decades of experience of formulating natural skincare and haircare.

Every product is formulated, made and filled at our own 1,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility in Hoveton, on the Norfolk Broads, using herbs and botanicals from plants we grow organically in Norwich. This is a great role for students or anyone looking for weekend work, with the chance to learn about skincare from the person who creates it.

The role
• Helping customers choose the right skincare and haircare
• Learning about our ingredients and formulas, with training from Dr Evanthia
• Keeping the shop clean, stocked and well presented
• Helping with short videos for our social media, on camera or behind it

What we’re looking for
• Professional, punctual and reliable
• An interest in natural skincare and haircare
• Friendly with customers and happy to help
• A natural, polished and professional look, in line with our brand
• Available every Saturday and Sunday
• Happy to appear in short videos for our social media (preferred, not essential)
• Basic social media or marketing skills (preferred, not essential)

Retail experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
16 to 17: £8.00 per hour
18+: £12.71 to £13.00 per hour
Plus sales bonus and staff discount
