Norwich shoppers will soon have a new destination for fragrance, body care and home scents, as global brand Bath & Body Works prepares to open a store here at Chantry Place this November.

Located on the lower ground floor, the new store will add another internationally recognised name to our retail line-up, giving shoppers the chance to discover Bath & Body Works’ signature fragrances, body care and home fragrance collections.

The standalone 1,200 sq. ft. store builds on the success of its existing shop-in-shop inside Next, giving local fans access to the brand’s complete, full-assortment product lineup for the first time in the region.

Designed to deliver an interactive sensory experience, the expanded store features dedicated product testing areas where customers can try iconic scents across fine fragrance mists, body lotions, world-famous 3-wick candles, and Wallflowers home fragrance diffusers. With significantly more floor space, the Chantry Place location allows shoppers to explore exclusive seasonal launches, curated gifting options, and high-touch customer service.
