The New Archive – Now Open

The New Archive – opened Saturday 4th July

A new independent womenswear boutique opened its doors at Chantry Place on the 4th July, after winning the shopping centre’s first-ever Launchpad competition, which saw the public decide which local business would receive a retail unit rent-free for six months.

To celebrate the launch, the first 50 customers who made a purchase would receive complimentary coffee and pastries, while shoppers spending more than £100 will also take home an exclusive tote bag.

Millie said: ” “I am so excited to welcome customers into our store. To be able to bring our brand to life in a physical space and see our vision come to life is incredible. The store reflects the effortless nature of our brand and brings an elevated, modern shopping experience to Chantry Place.

“This is a destination store with events and community building activations being held throughout the 6 months so we are excited to grow the TNA club and introduce more people to an elevated, effortless wardrobe.”

The New Archive was crowned the winner of Chantry Place's Launchpad competition, an initiative created to help independent businesses take the next step on the retail ladder. The prize offered six months in a retail unit at the centre rent-free, giving emerging businesses the opportunity to establish a physical presence and grow their customer base.

Why not pop by and have a look.
