Introduced two new ways to pay as you park

Feel like a VIP whenever you park at Chantry Place

If you’re coming into the city by car, you’ll need a convenient, secure and accessible car park that’s ideal for a day of shopping, dining, or exploring.  Our 1000-space car park is the perfect place to park, and has recently gained the Park Mark Plus Award from the British Parking Association, which shows that we go above and beyond to provide customers with the highest standards possible.

One thing we know can really impact your fabulous day in the city is having to wait at the car park paying station to pay, which is why we’ve recently introduced two new ways to pay.

Pay as You Park

Ideal if you’re a regular Chantry Place car park user, this new payment method just requires you to set up an online account first, entering your car registration number and nominated payment card. On leaving the car park, your card will then have the amount automatically deducted, and you’ll be emailed a receipt. So simple – and no more queuing at the payment machines. Sign up here.

Pre-Booking

If you’re heading into the city for some late afternoon shopping, dinner, or a theatre trip, then you’ll want to take advantage of our flat rate car park fee of just £3.50 which applies to anyone arriving after 3pm and leaving before 1am. And now, you can pre-book this time slot to make sure your whole evening is enjoyable – even the parking! Book your slot here.

• 73 parent and child spaces
• Passenger lifts and escalators taking you straight to the Chantry Place shops
• Free motorbike parking
• 8 electrical charging spaces for EVs
