Norwich Pride pop up at Chantry Place

We are proud to welcome back Norwich Pride to the Centre on Thursday 8th, Friday 9th and Saturday 10th June.

The team from Norwich Pride will be located on the lower ground floor by HMV to talk to people about Norwich Pride and welcome and talk to the community. There will be a welcoming, comfy area with sofas, beanbags and chairs for people to relax and talk to the volunteers in a safe environment. It will also be a chance for people to feel supported ahead of the Norwich Pride event taking place on 29th July.

Here at Chantry Place we welcome everyone, have taken the Pride Pledge and are a proud ally.

Norwich Pride will take place on Saturday 29th July 2023 and this year celebrates its 15th anniversary. It is a celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community and its mission is to live in a city where everyone can feel safe and proud to be themselves.

This year’s event will include an amazing Pride March and other key events that are free, inclusive, and accessible. The charity work positively and creatively to challenge prejudice and discrimination of any kind.

The first Norwich Pride took place in 2009, making this year’s event the 15th Norwich Pride!
