Roll your own sushi at YO! Sushi School

Are you looking to try something new? Perhaps you’re looking for a unique date night or a fun activity with friends?

Sushi School is back at YO! Sushi every Wednesday at our restaurant on Chantry Square, and tickets cost £34.95 per person! Tickets for under 16s are £24.95 per person. This must be booked in advance – and be quick, they are popular for good reason.

During the session, you’ll learn about making sushi and make it yourself – you’ll even get a certificate at the end!

The classes last around two hours with full instruction from a YO! sushi master who will guide you every step of the way. You’ll be in a group with other class-goers so you’ll get to enjoy the experience together and you’ll have the option to tuck into your creations as you make them, or pack them up to enjoy later!

Your menu will look like:

• Salmon Sashimi slice/Inari to taste
• Salmon Nigiri/Inari Nigiri
• Cucumber Maki
• Crunchy Cali Roll/Kyoto Garden Roll
• Salmon & Avocado Hand Roll/Yasai Hand Roll

Please note that the above could change depending on the number of people in the class, their dietary requirements, and if we have any specials on the menu that day.

Your Sushi School ticket includes:

• Your arrival drink – Soft drink if you’ve purchased a standard ticket, Asahi 330ml or 125ml Prosecco if you’ve purchased the Alcoholic option, or Cawston press juice for kids tickets
• Gyoza’s to share
• Lots of sushi
